Chico’s FAS, Inc CHS: (%) This Ticker Buy signal from MTTS is mostly Technical Analysis. CHS current price is about 12% below the 50 SMA ($9.87) and it looks like it is ready to head back up to it. What is also appealing is the amount of volume on July 18th, 2017 and with Doji candle on July 19th. all this should make for a decent move up to a $9.00 target and $9.25 longer swing. Stop at $6.73
